These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale of maths lab equipment
(“Products”) by EduMeasy Private Limited (“Company”). By placing an order for
Products, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these
terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any
part of this Agreement, please refrain from placing an order.

1. Order and Acceptance
a. Order Placement: By placing an order, the Customer agrees to purchase the
Products at the 1.5 lakh + 18% GST.
b. Order Confirmation: The Company will send an order confirmation via email or other
electronic means after the Customer places an order. This confirmation does not
guarantee the acceptance of the order but serves as an acknowledgment of receipt.
c. Order Acceptance: The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order in
its sole discretion. Acceptance of an order occurs when the Company confirms the
order and provides the Customer with a shipment notification.

2. Pricing and Payment
a. Pricing: The prices of the Products are as specified on the Company’s website or as
agreed upon in writing. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
b. Taxes and Duties: The Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or
other charges imposed by the relevant authorities.
c. Payment: Payment for the Products must be made in full at the time of placing the
order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company accepts payment through
specified methods, such as credit card, bank transfer, or any other agreed-upon means.

3. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping: The Company will arrange for the shipment of the Products to the delivery
address specified by the Customer. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be borne by the
Customer unless otherwise stated.

b. Delivery Time: The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products
within the estimated delivery time specified, but delays may occur due to unforeseen
circumstances. The Company is not liable for any delays beyond its reasonable control.
c. Inspection Upon Delivery: The Customer must inspect the Products upon delivery
and notify the Company of any visible defects, damages, or discrepancies within a
reasonable time.

4. Returns and Refunds
a. Return Policy: The Customer may be eligible to return Products in accordance with
the Company’s return policy, If for any reasons you want to return the lab, then after
reaching the lab school, you can return within 10 days and during this time you will be
deducted 20% of the cost of the lab.
b. Refunds: If the return is approved, the Company will issue a refund in accordance
with its refund policy. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used
for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. 1 Years Warranty
The Company provides a 1 year warranty for the Products, the terms of which are
specified in the warranty document accompanying the Products. The warranty is subject
to the conditions and limitations stated in the warranty document.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in
connection with the sale of the Products, shall be limited to the purchase price paid by
the Customer for the Products. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the Rajasthan High Court.
